About the Logo
The logo is a symbolic representation of an organization. It reflects what the organization stands for as well as its aspirations

Are you curious about the meaning behind PhilSA's logo?

This element references the Pale Blue Dot, a photograph of Earth taken by Voyager 1 space probe from about 6 billion kilometers away. It represents the desire as well as the need to get to know the world from the outside vantage point.
The gradual lightening of the blue shade represents the movement from dark to light, from ignorance to knowing.
In color psychology, blue symbolizes formality, maturity, and trustworthiness.

The sun and the 3 stars that resemble an arrow pointing upward represent our country’s aspiration to be a space-capable and space-faring nation, and of how this aspiration can benefit the country’s upward progress.
In color psychology, yellow symbolizes optimism, enthusiasm, and curiosity.

The black space stands for the unknown and the exploration of it.
In color psychology, black represents respectability.
